Whole-school updates

  • Early Finish: Friday 18 September is the last day of Term 3, and students will be dismissed early at 2:30pm.
  • SunSmart Hats: From Tuesday 1 September until the end of April, all students are required to wear a broad-brimmed or legionnaire-style hat and sun-safe clothing (no narrow straps). Hats are available at the office for $11.50.
  • Book Week: Celebrations and the Writer's Festival run from Monday 24 August to Friday 28 August. The big Dress-up Day and Costume Parade will happen at Monday's assembly!
  • Parent Workshop: An interactive URSTRONG online workshop, 'The Language of Friendship', runs on Tuesday 1 September at 6:30pm to help foster healthy friendships (Zoom details to be provided).
  • Trivia Night: The sold-out Christmas Trivia Night is this Saturday 15 August at Welcome to Thornbury - start preparing those Christmas outfits!
