What we do

• We process school newsletters (publicly accessible ones only) submitted by users.
• We store your email, chosen schools, and year levels so we can send you the right summaries.
• We never sell or share your email. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Summaries and school dates are stored securely so you can see your timeline.
• We use a small number of third-party services to run the site (for AI summarisation, payments, email delivery, and analytics). They only get the data they need to do their job.
• You can unsubscribe any time from your manage page or the link in every email. This removes your details from School Scoop.

We do NOT scrape private student data, internal school portals, or any non-public sources.
