  • Athletics: team who will compete at the Tableland Districts championships on the 6 th and 7 th of August at Dimbulah State School Running Spikes: Spikes can be worn by students as long as they are experienced in wearing them at competitions
  • Excursions & Camps: On the 18 th to the 22 nd of May I was so lucky to get the opportunity to travel down to Brisbane to participate in the 2026 STEM Girl Power Camp

Reminders

  • For this reason, students planning on wearing spikes, must also bring a pair of regular running shoes in case all other runners choose to run bare foot, and a spare lane isn’t available
  • there is only one scheduled lunch break each day, so students will need to bring their own snacks to each while they’re moving from event to event
  • Unfortunately, only about half of the student body had their forms signed and returned
