Whole-school updates

  • Book Week Parade: The parade takes place on Monday 24 August at 9:10am in the Cola. Students are encouraged to dress as a favourite character and bring the book or a character sign. Parents attending are reminded that photos are for personal use only.
  • Gymnasium Naming Vote: The school is consulting on a Woi-Wurrung name for the new gym (options include yumagu, wimbi-murrup, or barrawarn yilam). Families must cast their vote via the link by 4pm on Thursday 27 August.
  • Second Hand Uniforms: Fortnightly sales are now operating upstairs near the office. The next sale is on Wednesday 2 September from 2:45pm to 3:45pm, with items collected upstairs and payments made at the office.
  • Compass Translation: Google Translate is now enabled on Compass, allowing families to access information in their preferred language by clicking the 'Select Language' button in the browser view.
  • Breakfast Club: Free breakfast is available to all students before school. A big thank you to the two parent volunteers and seven students who help run it each week!
  • SWPBS Raffle: Students who top their class Dojo points each week go into a draw to win one of four Funfields passes, which will be drawn at the final Term 3 assembly.
