Whole-school updates

  • Principal's Farewell: A huge thank you to all students, staff and families for a fantastic Term 2. It was wonderful to see so many families at the Open Classroom afternoons this week celebrating the kids' hard work. Have a happy and restful holiday break!
  • Staff News: Big cheers for Assistant Principal Monique, who will be acting as Principal at another school for the start of Term 3. Nicola will be stepping into her role here during that time. We're also sending best wishes to our librarian Jane for a speedy recovery from surgery, and a thank you to Melissa who has been teaching in Room 16.
  • Foundation 2027 Enrolments: If you have a child starting Prep in 2027, now's the time to enrol. Applications are being accepted now and will close on Friday 31 July 2026. Sibling enrolments are prioritised.
  • Holiday Colouring Competition: Our wellbeing dog Duke is the star of a holiday colouring competition! You can download the sheet from Compass. Pop the completed masterpiece into Duke's letterbox (outside the AP office) by Thursday 16 July. Winners will be announced at the assembly on Monday 20 July.
  • 3-Way Conferences: Parent-Teacher-Student conferences are coming up in Term 3. They will be held on Tuesday 21 July (3:40pm-7:00pm) and Thursday 23 July (3:40pm-5:30pm). Keep an eye out for booking information.
  • Compass Translation Feature: Heads up, Compass now has a Google Translate function. You can find the 'Select Language' button in the bottom right corner on a computer, or by tapping 'More' then 'Open in Browser' in the app.
