Whole-school updates

  • Refugee Week Mass & Art Exhibition: Families are warmly invited to attend a Refugee Week Mass and Art Exhibition on Wednesday, June 24 at 11:30 am in the Hall. This special event will celebrate the resilience and contributions of refugees, featuring student artwork.
  • New Arrivals Morning Tea: Newly arrived refugee and refugee-background families are invited to a Morning Tea in the Staff Room on Wednesday, June 24 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am to connect with other families and staff.
  • End of Term 2: Term 2 officially concludes on Friday, June 26 with an early dismissal for students at 1:30 pm. Don't forget to arrange care!
  • Lunch Clubs: The popular Lunch Clubs will continue in Term 3! Monday clubs are for Foundation to Year 2, and Friday clubs are for Years 3-6. If you're keen to help, especially with the drumming club on Fridays, please contact Mrs. Ros Scuteri at rscuteri@gsroxburghpark.catholic.edu.au.
  • Child Safe Standards: The school continues its commitment to child safety. The 11 Child Safe Standards are displayed in the foyer, and parents are encouraged to familiarise themselves with them via resources in the foyer or the Good Samaritan website.
  • Uniform Policy: All children are required to wear the correct school uniform. Please inform your child's Home Group Teacher in writing if an exemption is needed for medical reasons. Teachers will be issuing 'Incorrect Uniform Notices' for incorrect attire, and your support in responding by the next day is appreciated.
