Whole-school updates

  • Cross Country: Championships, which will be held in Benalla this Friday
  • Sport: We were able to top the day off with a play at Apex Park, before returning home to Bright
  • Athletics: Two perfect Autumn days to hold our school Athletic carnivals, we could not have planned it better!
  • Community Event: and had this feedback “I left the Good Human Factory event feeling grateful, motivated and uplifted — it was such a beautiful and positive night
  • Library: to take part in National Simultaneous Storytime
  • Student Leadership: We are currently holding Primary School Tours every Tuesday at 9:15am and Secondary School Tours 10 JUN Yr 3/4 theatre excursion, Wangaratta every Wednesday at 9:15am

  • Records were broken in many events across the day, and we congratulate all of those students who have added their names to the record book
  • This year’s book, Luna Roo, was read aloud by authors Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd at the same time to over 2 million children across schools, libraries, early learning centres, bookshops and homes all around Australia
  • The book’s illustrator, Jake Minton, also showed students how to draw the main character
