Whole-school update

  • Parent Teacher Conferences: Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday 29 July (3:20pm-7:00pm) with additional times on Monday 3 August (3:20pm-4:00pm) if required.
  • Curriculum Days: Please note the Student Free Days on Wednesday 19 August (Term 3) and Monday 2 November (Term 4) - remember to arrange care as there will be no school.
  • Book Week Parade: Join us for the annual Book Week Parade on Tuesday 25 August (9:20am-10:30am) at Avondale Heights Gymnasium, with creative, homemade costumes encouraged around the 'Symphony of Stories' theme.
  • Premiers' Reading Challenge: There are only 43 days left to complete the Challenge! Prep-Year 2 need to read 30 books, and Years 3-9 need 15 books - log your progress via your Home Reading Diary/Journal.
  • New Bike Racks: Thanks to recent fundraising efforts, two new secure bike racks have been installed, providing more safe parking for students' bikes.
